Refund policy

• We aim to facilitate all our customers in both ways, if they wish to exchange their purchased articles or want a refund for it, provided that the purchase was made in Pakistan, within the time period of 15 days time from online.

• Any article purchased can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase.

• Articles must be unused, all tags are attached, packed in its original condition, and with a purchase receipt present. Articles purchased on a discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange.
